- 4 Pork Chops 1 1/4-inch thick
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Butter
Combine paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
Allow the chops to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear pork chops for 3 minutes on each side until browned.
Add butter to the skillet and transfer it to a preheated oven at 375°F.
