Ingredients
  
  • 6 Corn Tortillas
  • 1 cup Refried Beans
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 3 tbsp Taco Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
Instructions
 
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Once hot, fry each corn tortilla until golden and crispy, then set aside on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  • Warm up the refried beans in a small pot over low heat.
  • Stir occasionally to avoid sticking.
  • Spread a layer of refried beans onto each crispy tortilla.
  • Make sure to cover the entire surface.
  • Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Adjust toppings to your preference.
  • Drizzle each tostada with taco sauce and add a dollop of sour cream on top.
