Equipment
  • 1 Tray
  • 1 blender
Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup of frozen peaches
  • 1 cup 250ml of your favorite lemonade
  • 1 cup 150g lime or lemon sherbet
  • Zest of lime
  • 2 cubes of ice
Instructions

  • Begin by preparing your fresh fruits: rinse the strawberries and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
For the lemonade, you can use store-bought or make your own summery lemonade.
It's also an excellent opportunity to use up any leftover fruit juices, such as fresh lime juice, orange juice, or passion fruit juice.
  • Place the strawberries and peaches onto a tray, then transfer the tray to a freezer and freeze the fruit for about 30 minutes.
This will help create a thicker consistency for your Strawberry Surf Rider Smoothie.
  • After 30 minutes, take the frozen fruit out of the freezer.
Add the frozen strawberries, peaches, lemonade, lime sherbet, and ice cubes to a blender.
Mix, blending at a low speed, and pulse until everything is combined.
  • Gradually increase the speed to form a smooth, pink mixture with berry highlights.
  • If your Strawberry Surf Rider is too thick, you may adjust the consistency by adding a few more ounces of lemonade, a splash of fresh lime juice, orange juice, or passion fruit juice.
You can also add more ice cubes for a more refreshing and frosty drink.
Pour your Strawberry Surf Rider into a glass and garnish it with some lime zest for a burst of citrus flavor.
Your refreshing Strawberry Surf Rider is ready to be enjoyed on hot summer afternoons.
