1 1/2 cups macaroni 6 oz shredded cheese processed 4 oz shredded Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp heavy cream TT salt water
Fill up a pot with water and bring to a boil .
Add salt to the water, make sure to stir thoroughly so it dissolves in the water .
Add the dried macaroni and cook for 8 to 10 minutes . This should be cooked until the pasta is al dente . Once the pasta is cooked to the right firmness remove the pot and drain the pasta through a colander and then pour the pasta back into the pot.
While the pasta is still hot and the heat is still on, place the now drained pasta and bowl back onto the heat .
Add the processed cheese , cheddar cheese, and cream and mix thoroughly until all the ingredients have melted together.
Finally, we can season it with a little salt and it’s now ready to serve.
