Ingredients
  
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup White Wine or Chicken Broth
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Parsley chopped
Instructions
 
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet.
  • Cook the shrimp for 3-4 minutes until they are pink and opaque.
  • Remove them from the skillet and set them aside.
  • Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
  • Pour in the white wine or chicken broth along with lemon juice.
  • Let the mixture simmer and reduce by half.
  • Add the shrimp back to the skillet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving.
