  • 1 Shallot diced

  • 4 Chicken Breasts shredded
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp Parsley chopped

  • Arrange the chicken over the rice mixture.

  • Pour the chicken broth over the top, allowing it to cover everything.
  • Turn the slow cooker on to low heat.
  • Cook for 6 to 7 hours, until the rice and chicken are tender and fully cooked.
