Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
Use long-grain or any rice you prefer.
In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add ground pork and chicken liver, browning until cooked.
Add bell pepper, onion, celery, and garlic to the pan.
Cook for about 5-7 minutes until softened.
Mix in tomatoes, Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and bay leaves.
Stir well and cook for another 3 minutes.
Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, and then simmer for 15 minutes.
