  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Boiling Water
  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
Instructions
 
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Grease and flour your cake pans to stop the cake from sticking.
  • In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Mix the dry ingredients well.
  • Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
  • Beat the mixture on medium speed to achieve a smooth consistency.
  • Stir in boiling water, mixing well.
  • Pour the batter into prepared cake pans.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool cakes in pans for about 10 minutes.
