  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • 2 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

  • Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic paste to the melted butter and sauté for about 1 minute, making sure it doesn’t burn.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, whisking consistently to blend it with the butter and garlic.
  • Allow the mixture to lightly bubble, then gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously to ensure it melts smoothly.
  • Season the sauce with salt and pepper, stirring until the sauce starts to thicken.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat once the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
