Long John Silver's Sweet and Sour Sauce Recipe

Long John Silver's Sweet and Sour Sauce is a well-known dipping sauce recognized for its vibrant orange color and its signature blend of sweet and tangy tastes.
It's a great accompaniment to their crispy fried fish and hushpuppies!
Making a similar version of this iconic sauce at home is surprisingly easy - you only need a few common pantry ingredients.
I recommend letting the sauce simmer until it thickens to achieve the ideal consistency.
And don’t forget to balance the sugar and vinegar to suit your taste.
