Long John Silver's Fish Tacos Recipe

A key trick is warming the tortillas before assembling; this makes them more pliable and less likely to tear.
I personally enjoy how the creamy sauces add a delightful zest that perfectly complements the crunchy fish.
One of my favorite aspects is its versatility—feel free to add your own toppings like jalapeños or a sprinkle of cheese for extra flavor!

Course Breakfast
Servings 1 serving
Ingredients

  • 1 Long John Silver’s Beer-Battered Fish Fillet
  • 1 Flour Tortilla
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 2 tbsp Baja Sauce
  • Lime Wedges optional
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions

  • Cook the fish fillets according to the package instructions.
  • Make sure they are crispy and golden brown for the best texture.
  • Warm the tortilla in a microwave for about 30 to 45 seconds.
  • This will soften it and make it easier to fold later.
  • Place the cooked fish fillet in the center of the warm tortilla.
  • Top it with shredded lettuce and drizzle with Baja sauce.
  • Fold the tortilla like a burrito, ensuring the filling is enclosed securely.
  • Adjust the folding based on preference—either a half fold or a full wrap.
  • Serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra zesty flavor.
