Ingredients
  
  • pound Fresh Shrimp
  • White Corn Tortillas As needed
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • 1 1/2 pieces Lime Juice
  • 2 cups chopped Onion
  • As needed fresh Salsa
  • 1 cup shredded Cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Sour Cream
  • 3 pieces Avocado
  • 1 cup chopped Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup shredded Green Onion
  • 2 cups diced Tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
Instructions
 
  • Peel and devein the shrimp.
    Cut the shrimp into pieces and season with Old Bay seasoning.
    Heat up oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 5-7 minutes until they turn pink on both sides.
    Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
    In a separate pan, cook rice according to package directions with 3/4 cup chicken broth or water per cup of rice.
    Heat up the tortilla into heat in a separate pan over medium-low heat.
    Lightly salt the tortilla.
  • In a bowl, mix together the chopped onion, shredded cheese, cilantro, green onion, and diced tomatoes.
    Spread the sour cream on the tortilla, then add the shrimp, rice, and cheese mixture.
    Top with fresh salsa and avocado.
  • Squeeze fresh lime juice on top and add hot sauce to taste.
    Fold the tortilla into a soft taco shell and enjoy!
