- 9 frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen sliced banana
- 8 tbsp vanilla yogurt
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
Mix the banana, strawberries, cashew milk, and agave syrup and blend on low power for about 2-3 minutes. To make a creamier smoothie feel free to add more bananas; if you want to reduce the sweetness you can add more strawberries.
Add vanilla yogurt and ice, and blend the mixture on high power for about 3-4 more minutes. Keep blending until it gets smooth with no chunks left. Note: using both vanilla yogurt and ice is completely optional, but it complements the overall taste. While the yogurt adds additional creaminess, ice lightens up the drink and makes it easier for your stomach to digest.
