  • 1 pound salad shrimp cooked
  • 1 pinch file powder optional
  • Cajun seasoning blend
  • Salt and thyme to taste
  • Cayenne pepper to taste

  • You will need a Dutch oven or a large pot for this recipe.
    Start by heating the Dutch oven over medium heat, then add the bacon pieces.
    Cook the bacon until it's crispy.
  • Add the chopped celery, green bell pepper, and onion to the Dutch oven.
