Ingredients
  
  • 2 lbs Ground Turkey
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Onion grated
  • 1 tbsp Canola Oil
Instructions
 
  • Mix the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parsley, parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Add the grated onion and let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes for the flavors to meld.
  • Shape the seasoned mixture into four patties, each about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Make an indent in the center of each patty; this helps them cook evenly.
  • Heat the canola oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, place the patties in the skillet.
  • Cook each patty for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Use a spatula to flip them carefully.
  • Let the cooked burgers rest for a few minutes before serving them with your favorite toppings and buns.
