  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup White Wine dry
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 2 tbsp Parsley chopped

  • Flatten the chicken breasts until they’re about 1/4-inch thick.
  • You can use a mallet or rolling pin for this task.
  • Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  • In a separate bowl, beat eggs with water.
  • Dip the chicken pieces in flour, then coat with egg mixture.
  • Ensure each piece is covered evenly for best results.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook chicken for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Remove chicken and add wine and lemon juice to the skillet.
