Heat a medium-size saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the soy sauce, pear juice, and brown sugar. Cook for a few minutes until the sugar melts. Mix in some minced garlic and ginger, stirring for another minute or two. Note: make sure not to overcook the Bulgogi Sauce, since it can become too think.
