Gordon Ramsay Meatloaf Recipe

Gordon Ramsay’s meatloaf takes an ordinary dish and turns it into something you’ll want to make over and over again.
One thing that sets this apart is the balance of seasoning—too many meatloaf recipes rely on salt alone, but here, fresh herbs, garlic, and a bit of smoked paprika add depth.
The secret to getting it just right? A mix of ground meats instead of just beef keeps it moist while adding more depth to every bite.
Brushing on the glaze in layers is key. Adding it in stages while it bakes creates that sticky, caramelized coating that makes every slice shine.
If you want an even better texture, use a free-form method instead of a loaf pan. It helps with browning all around and avoids the steamed effect a pan can create.
