Ingredients
  
  • 8 oz Macaroni
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Pickle Juice
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 1/3 cup Celery chopped
  • 1/3 cup Carrot shredded
  • 1/4 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Cook the macaroni according to package directions until tender.
  • Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • Let it cool completely before proceeding.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, pickle juice, milk, and mustard.
  • Season with salt and pepper, tasting and adjusting as needed.
  • Make sure the dressing is pourable, adding more milk if necessary.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, celery, carrot, and onion.
  • Add about three-fourths of the prepared dressing.
  • Mix gently until all ingredients are well coated.
  • Add the remaining dressing as needed to achieve your desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust the seasonings if necessary.
  • Chill the salad in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
  • Give the salad a final stir before serving to keep it fresh and well-mixed.
  • You can garnish with herbs if you like an extra touch of freshness!
