Golden Corral Carrot Cake Recipe

The secret to achieving that signature moistness is using both oil and applesauce in the batter. Don’t skimp on the carrots – they add natural sweetness and keep the cake incredibly tender. For the best results, grate your carrots by hand rather than using pre-shredded ones from the store. The cream cheese frosting is a must – its tanginess perfectly complements the sweet, spiced cake.
