Easy Nachos Recipe

Ingredients
  
  • 1 bag tortilla chips (around 10-12 oz)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar and/or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can refried or black beans (around 15 oz)
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup corn (optional)
  • Sour cream, salsa, guacamole, or avocado for topping (as desired)
Instructions
 
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and prepare a baking sheet
  • Layer tortilla chips on the sheet pan
  • Cook and season meat, then spread it over the chips
  • Add toppings like beans, corn, onions, and jalapeños
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the entire pan
  • Bake for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
  • Watch carefully to prevent burning
  • Optional: broil for 1-2 minutes for extra crispy chips
  • Add your desired cold toppings, such as sour cream or salsa
