Ingredients
  
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 or 2 slices of bacon
  • 2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
 
  • Mash the avocado in a bowl, and add salt and lemon juice. Mix well into a creamy spread.
    Note: if you happen to have a leftover spread or want to make it beforehand, store the spread under some water. 
  • Toast the bread until fairly brown and spread half of the avocado mixture on each slice. 
  • Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of everything bagel seasoning on each slice of sourdough. 
    Serve your toast, or top it off with the crispy bacon crumbled into pieces.
