  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of table salt

  • Start by preparing the tomatoes.
    Remove the stems and cut them into quarters.
    Peel the onion and cut it into quarters.
  • Cut the serrano peppers in half and remove the stems.
    Peel the garlic cloves.
    Add the tomatoes, onion, serrano peppers and garlic to a food processor.
  • Pulse the ingredients until they are finely chopped.
    Add the fresh cilantro, fresh lime juice, garlic salt and table salt to the food processor.
    Pulse the ingredients until they are well combined.
  • Taste the salsa and adjust the seasoning as needed.
