Chili's Guacamole Recipe

You may have tried many versions, but Chili’s guacamole brings a unique balance of creamy avocado and vibrant add-ins that I just can’t resist.
You’ll love that it’s as easy as mashing ripe avocados, leaving just enough chunky bits for added texture, and mixing in fresh ingredients like tomatoes, onions, and a hint of lime for that perfect tang.
A personal favorite part of this recipe is how customizable it is—want more heat? Just add a bit more jalapeño.

  • 2 Avocados medium
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 1/2 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  • Use a fork to mash the avocados, leaving some chunks for texture.
  • Add the lime juice to the mashed avocado to prevent browning.
  • Mix it gently to incorporate fully.
  • Stir in chopped onion, serrano pepper, and cilantro.
  • Ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed in the mixture.
  • Season with salt and black pepper, tasting and adjusting as necessary.
  • This helps bring out the flavors.
