Buffalo Wild Wings Ultimate Nachos are an awesome blend of spicy flavors and crispy textures. One of my favorite heavy snacks!
These nachos start with a solid base of crispy tortilla chips, piled high with cheese, seasoned chicken, jalapeños, and drizzled with buffalo sauce for that signature kick.
A key trick I found is to use plenty of cheese to ensure it melts evenly over each layer, providing a gooey and delicious result.
And of course, you can easily switch it up by adding your favorite toppings like guacamole or sour cream to customize your snack experience.

Ingredients
  
  • 8 oz. Tortilla Chips
  • 1 lb. Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup Black Beans canned
  • 1/2 cup Corn
Instructions
 
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Use either a cast iron skillet or a sheet pan for best results.
  • Cook the chicken breasts in a skillet until thoroughly cooked.
  • Chop the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss them in buffalo wing sauce.
  • Spread out the tortilla chips on your skillet or sheet pan.
  • Distribute the buffalo chicken evenly over the chips.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously on top.
  • Add black beans and corn.
  • Make sure everything is well-distributed for even cooking.
  • Place the nachos in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
  • Cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Finish with sour cream, blue cheese crumbles, and chopped green onions.
