  • 2 lb Chicken Wings
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp Red Curry Paste
  • 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ginger grated
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • Salt to taste

  • Prepare the marinade by combining coconut milk, red curry paste, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Place the chicken wings in a large resealable bag or a bowl. Pour the marinade over the wings and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
  • Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake in the oven for approximately 25-30 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Optional: For a more authentic texture, grill the wings over medium heat for an additional 5 minutes to achieve a slight char.
