Ingredients
  
  • 4 cups broccoli florets about 2 medium heads of broccoli
  • 1/2 cup crispy cooked bacon chopped (about 6-8 slices)
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds raw or roasted
  • 1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup diced green onions
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
 
  • Chop the broccoli into small, bite-sized florets.
    Cook the bacon over medium-high heat until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
    Dice the green onions.
  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey or maple syrup, kosher salt, and black pepper.
    Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the broccoli florets, crispy bacon, sunflower seeds, raisins or dried cranberries, and diced green onions.
    Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and stir until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  • Allow the salad to rest for at least 10 minutes, or refrigerate for 1-2 hours to let the flavors meld together.
