Ingredients
  
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/3 cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Lime Juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Tequila
  • 1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger
  • 4 pcs Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Salsa
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Cajun Blackened Spice Mix
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Dill Weed
  • 1 cup Colby Jack Cheese shredded
  • Tortilla Chips crumbled, for serving
Instructions
 
  • Mix water, teriyaki sauce, lime juice, garlic, tequila, liquid smoke, salt, and ginger in a bowl.
  • Place chicken in the marinade.
  • Refrigerate for at least two hours.
  • Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, salsa, milk, Cajun spice, parsley, hot sauce, and dill in another bowl.
  • Chill in the fridge.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Heat an oven-safe pan over high heat.
  • Add chicken and cook 5 minutes per side.
  • Brush chicken with the mayo-sour cream mixture.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Transfer the pan to the oven.
  • Broil until cheese melts.
  • Serve the chicken over crumbled tortilla chips.
