  • 2 Chicken Breasts cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Green Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Red Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots shredded
  • 3 Green Onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup Almonds sliced
  • 1/4 cup Chow Mein Noodles
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

  • Prepare your dressing by combining mayonnaise, honey, rice vinegar, and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
  • Whisk until smooth.
  • Keep it aside for now.
