IHOP Cinnamon Roll Pancakes Recipe

IHOP's cinnamon roll pancakes are the perfect combination of two morning favorites: Pancakes and Cinnamon Rolls.
Start by ensuring your pancake batter is smooth, so your mix comes together just right.
My favorite part about these pancakes is the rich, gooey cinnamon layer that makes every bite so salivating.
Follow the steps closely, and remember to flip your pancakes when small bubbles appear on the surface for the best results.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon ground
  • 1/4 cup Butter softened
  • 2 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1-2 tbsp Milk for icing
Instructions

  •
Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and sea salt in a large mixing bowl.
Add milk, egg, and melted butter.
    Mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar with cinnamon and softened butter.
Set aside for the cinnamon swirl.
For the pancakes, heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the hot surface.
Drizzle a swirl of the cinnamon mixture onto each pancake before flipping.
Cook until bubbles form and the edges are set.
Flip and cook the other side.
To finish, prepare the cream cheese icing by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk.
    Drizzle over the pancakes.
    Enjoy warm.
