For the sauce- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp chives finely chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 tbp prepared horseradish
- 2 tbsp creole mustard
For the seasoning- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- ½ tsp granulated garlic
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- ¼ tsp white pepper
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp kosher salt
Chop the chives finely, measure the Creole mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and horseradish, and squeeze the lemon juice. Mix the spice blend in a small bowl.
Place sour cream and mayonnaise in a large measuring cup or small glass bowl.
Add Creole mustard, ketchup, prepared horseradish, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce and mix to blend the wet ingredients.
