  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
 
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add the flour to the melted butter, whisking continuously to make a smooth paste.
  • Slowly pour in the milk, continuing to whisk until the mixture thickens.
  • Reduce the heat to low and add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until it melts completely.
  • Season with salt and black pepper, stirring to combine well.
