3.5pounds of seedless grape (half red and half green)
24oz.cream cheese
2.5cups of sour cream
1tbspof vanilla
1 1/4cupof brown sugar
1/2cupdried chopped pecans
Instructions
Start by washing the grapes and removing the steams. Then set aside to air dry. At the same time take the cream cheese out of the fridge to come to room temperature.
Place sour cream and sugar in a mixing bowl and set it aside.
Cut the cream cheese blocks into golf ball-size pieces and place them into a food processor until the consistency is smooth. Then pour the cheese cream mixture into the mixing bowl with the sour cream and sugar.
Fold the vanilla into the mixture with a spatula gently and continue to fold until the vanilla blends with the mix thoroughly.
Once the grapes are dry place them into a large bowl and add the dressing evenly. Gently mix your salad by hand until all grapes are entirely covered. Then place in the fridge to cool before serving.
When you’re ready to serve your Chicken Salad Chick’s Grape Salad garnish it with brown sugar and crushed pecans.
