  • 1 saucepan
  • 2 bowl
For Mac and cheese:
  • 2 cups Macaroni noodles
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Seasoned breadcrumbs and parsley (for garnishing)
For steakhouse seasoning:
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp brown sugar
  • tsp garlic powder
  • tsp ⅛ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • tsp nutmeg
  • tsp turmeric
  • Add 4 cups of water to a large saucepan and bring to boil over medium heat. Cook pasta according to the directions on the package. Stir until they are al dente. Drain water and set your drained pasta aside.
  • Cube Velveeta cheese into small chunks and place it in a medium saucepan so it melts easily. Stir the cheese bites over medium-low heat until melted.
  • Reduce the heat and whisk in heavy cream until fully melted. Simmer for a minute or two until you're ready to combine it with the cooked pasta.
  • Combine all of the ingredients of the steakhouse seasoning and add to the melted cheese and heavy cream mixture.
  • Pour the paste back into the pot it was cooked and add your cheese sauce. Stir to coat the pasta.
